Karlsfeld Camp, Munich → Berchtesgaden, Orlyk and Ellwangen
Karlsfeld's institutions travelled with the people who ran them. About half the secondary school's teachers and students moved to Berchtesgaden in the spring of 1946, research on the Orlyk camp newspaper records a large group arriving from Karlsfeld in May, and one memoirist moved on to Ellwangen to rejoin family already there.
