The panel unveiled on the site, 14 September 2018. It reproduces the occupation ordinance of 1 November 1942 and records that a barracks camp stood on this spot in Zwartberg holding 1,386 Soviet prisoners, of whom thirty-five did not survive their captivity, and that many who escaped from the Limburg camps joined the partisans.
